Last year, we decided to relocate to and a buy a home in the CDA area. We contacted Brenda because of reviews we saw on her expertise with relocation and first time home buyers.

Because it was our first home buying experience, we were very nervous and felt unsure of what to expect from the whole process. Brenda was great at helping us through and making us feel comfortable with the steps involved. At one point, we received some concerning information upon the inspection and she was able to explain to and advise us on the situation, negotiate with the sellers and their agent and ultimately get us into the home we wanted under the right circumstances for us.

What surprised me most was how easy she was to get in touch with and how flexible she was with our schedules. Working with her from two states away was very seamless. She was able to accommodate our travel plans so that we could look at homes at the dates and times that worked best for us. We also never had a problem getting in touch with her, she either always answered her phone or got back to us the same day, usually within an hour or two. I find it hard to come across salespeople that are that reliable.

She also provided us with valuable information about the area, being that we were new to CDA. We were very pleased with Brenda and would use her again and recommend her to others.

We really enjoyed working with Brenda, she was very instrumental in our choice to move to the CDA area. We both appreciated her upbeat and positive attitude during the whole process. One instance comes to mind: After receiving the results of the home inspection of the house we were selling back in Virginia, we were very discouraged, even our Realtor back in VA was somewhat glum about it which didn't help, this was indeed our low point. A short time later we called Brenda and left a message telling her of the situation. She called us back and told us not to worry, that it was a common occurrence and she dealt with this every day. As it turned out, she was right, we got the "to do" list from the inspector whittled down considerably (as what usually happens) and things fell into place. To sum it up, as soon as we were done talking with her we felt more at ease and from there on things fell in place. She was just a fun lady to work with.
